Just listened to your video for the first time and want to thank you for your prayers and also for such a wonderful give away. Have you read Debbie Macomber's book One Simple Act? She talks about keeping a Gratitude Journal. I started in an old journal that I also use for other things but have not kept up with it. I do sometimes start something with every intention to continue but do not always keep it up.
