"Keep Moving Forward".....

"Keep moving forward, moving forward"........

These are the words that I've been hearing over and over within my spirit over the last five days!  I love when the Holy Spirit speaks like this and have learned that when He moves upon my heart so strongly, those words from Heaven are not just to lift, encourage and minister to my heart only.....but they are also meant to be shared as a word in season for someone who is weary!

Perhaps that someone is you, dear friend.  Maybe you're in a weary or discouraged place in your journey today.  Maybe your heart and emotions have been wearied and assaulted by setbacks, delays, discouragement or loss and you feel as if you just can't take another step.  Or perhaps your pathway is obscured and your steps seem halted and from the depths of your heart you're crying out to see your dry wilderness road burst forth like a rose in the desert and green pastures beneath your feet....."Keep moving forward, moving forward"!

The Spirit is blowing afresh across our weary and thirsty hearts this day and ministering encouragement, healing, peace, direction and love as we lean close into Him and heed His whispers......"Keep moving forward, moving forward".  His heart is beckoning us to arise and come up higher and deeper and closer unto His heart.  Now is not the time to shrink back, surrender or quit....We must "Keep moving forward, moving forward"! May we not allow the stresses and messes of our yesterday's and the struggles of today veil the wonder of His overflowing treasury filled with the plans, dreams and purposes of our tomorrow's!  Our latter shall be greater than our former as we "Keep moving forward, moving forward"! He will make a way where there seems no way!!

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord,
plans to prosper you and not to harm you,
give you hope and a future.
Jeremiah 29:11

I'll go ahead of you, clearing and paving the road.
I'll break down bronze city gates, smash padlocks,
kick down barred entrances.
I'll lead you to buried treasures....
Isaiah 45:2-3 Msg

Look at the new thing I am going to do.
It's already happening.  Do you see it?
I will make a road in the desert and rivers in the dry land.
Isaiah 43:19 CEV

I encourage you to take a few minutes and be blessed by this anointed praise video below.  This song of praise and declaration unto the Lord is one of my very favorites and I'm always strengthened and encouraged by the anointing upon each word.  I know it will lift your heart and bless you today, too!  Let's join our hearts in worship unto the Lord and boldly proclaim "Yes Lord, I'm following You - I'm moving forward"!

He is Faithful!!
Luv, Hugs and Keep following Him Forward!!

This really speaks to me. I've been beset with many doubts, but if I just "keep moving forward", then those doubts will be left behind.
Thank you.

It's so easy to stay still or even to step back, and sometimes it is necessary. But even in times of waiting, our spirits must keep moving forward. That's what I end to forget during the times of waiting. Thank you for encouraging us!

This just made me sigh:

"I'll go ahead of you, clearing and paving the road."

What a fitting verse for your message. Thank you for this today.

Truly, a post I needed today... to keep my faith in step with my feet. I'm floundering a great deal but trying to stay anchored in what I know to be true rather than what I'm feeling.

Oh my goodness! This is exactly what I needed today! You have no idea! I just left an appt, with the feeling of "another set-back. Now what do I do Father??! There seems to be no way." Thank you so much for this word of encouragement, and if the Lord should lead you think of me--pray for His wisdom and GUIDANCE in my life..and oh how I'm looking for that ROAD to spring forth from this wilderness! God bless you for listening to His leading!
Big hugs!

what a good reminder! it reminds me of the children's movie "Nemo" where Dorie tells Marlin to "Just keep swimming, just keep swimming!" heehee!

I have young children, so the Lord often speaks to me through them! ;)

What great encouragement today! I just read the past posts on prayer for your niece. I'm standing in the gap and believing for a miracle in Jesus name. (I love how you state God's facts before the doctor's facts!)

Thank you for stopping by and visiting me, it made me feel special and I believe when friends meet God had his hand in it. I LOVE the Lord so much and I have been so tested these last few months first with the passing of my only brother, he was my BEST friend he left unexpectedly
and my world was and still is in a million pieces from it, then 5 months later my real daddy died, I know the Lord only puts on our plates what we can handle but sometimes I feel he thinks I need to eat more and I feel like I'm about to bust, but I keep going on all because I know he does love me and he knows how my heart hurts and he does see my tears and I know his sweet gentle hands are holding my face while he wipes my tears away, but there are times I lose that feeling. So please come back I LOVE Denise so much and hold a very special place in my heart for her, she is such a wonderful prayer warrior!!!

Hi Jackie! What a beautiful and encouraging post! I often have days where I feel disappointed with myself for what I did or didn't do, said or didn't say etc., and these words "keep moving forward" are just wonderful because they free us of those feelings and encourage us to trust that by moving forward we can grow and learn and be better and closer to God ever day. Thank you so much for sharing what was on your heart!
It's bedtime for me over here in Norway right now but I really look forward to delving into your blog and enjoying your writing in the coming days!
God bless and big hugs,
Colleen

hey there Jackie! Thanks for visiting my blog today--I'm out of town and wont update until the weekend, but I always love to meet a fellow blogger! I read a few of your posts and my heart goes out to you and your family as you hear the medical reports on your niece--but I must say, I've been taught to pray exactly like you have, and I love your declaration over her--the power of our words matter! I'll pray, and join with you in speaking life over her as well!

God bless,
Teri

Jackie, Thanks for visiting my place and for rejoicing with me. As someone who has been busy moving forward...the message to be lately is be still. I've had to force myself to slow down to hear him. But then, we do need to move forward from there. I'm not sure in some areas and the waiting on His answer and guidance is still needed. So good to meet you!

Yes, you are so right in everything you wrote here, Jackie! Keep moving forward...the latter is greater than the former...the fresh wind of the Spirit is blowing... and a new thing is happening!

We will run the race and complete our course.

Thank you for such an encouraging post!

"keep moving forward"

i feel as if i am making no forward motion at all. complete standstill and i'm not really enjoying it. my relationship with the Lord is so stagnant...and i know that's my doing.
